What You'll Need Ready
To make the most of the 7 days, we’ll need a few essentials in place before we begin
You’ll need a live website or social media page (or plans to set one up), but this will all depend on the approach we take for the lead generation. We can discuss this further during the call.
We recommend using a CRM to track and optimise results. If you don’t already have one, we can help you get started with free tools such as Mailchimp, MailerLite, or our top pick, Brevo. We can discuss the advantages and limitations of each.
We’ll also need login access to these tools, and a domain based email address for deliverability. If you have tracking set up (like Google Analytics) or brand assets ready, even better, but not essential.
After The Sprint
You’ll own the assets and the system, with a clear handover so you understand how it works and how to manage it confidently going forward.

Because our sprints are short, focused, and fully scoped before we begin, we ask for 50% payment upfront and 50% upon delivery.
If any work falls outside of the agreed scope, it will be charged at £35 per hour and must be paid in advance before the additional work begins.
Generally, no. We’re a small team, and while we work quickly, we want to ensure every sprint is completed to the highest standard. That’s why we only take on a small number of sprints at a time.
In some cases, it may make sense for two sprints to run concurrently if they closely tie together. If that applies to your situation, we’ll discuss it with you and plan the best approach.
