What to Expect
A straightforward process with clarity

Choose the sprint that best matches your top business goal. You can only book one at a time, so focus on what matters most.
Some sprints need basics in place, like an email setup or website. Please read our FAQs for details of the perquisites you'll need in place.
Provide as much detail as possible in the booking form so we can better prepare ahead of the call and move quickly.
We’ll arrange a 1 hour call to understand your business and goals. Because we move fast, please come prepared to answer detailed questions to ensure we deliver accurately, on time and within scope.
If another sprint fits better, we’ll recommend it. 2 working days after the call, you’ll receive a clear scope agreement, including payment terms.
We’ll complete your project within 7 working days. While that’s not quite 7 calendar days, it’s still pretty fast.
Deliverables will depend on the sprint you've selected. For example, if it’s a campaign sprint, we’ll provide all campaign assets along with details of any additional external costs (if applicable) before the campaign goes live. Please see your FAQs for more details on expected deliverables per sprint.

Yes. Every sprint includes up to 3 rounds of minor edits within 7 working days of delivery.
We recommend carefully reviewing your sprint as soon as it’s delivered so you can share feedback within the edit window.
These minor edits cover small refinements like text tweaks, colour changes, link updates, or layout adjustments. Minor edits are light adjustments that don’t affect the overall structure, copy direction, or platform setup.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Updating button text or colours
- Replacing an image or link
- Adjusting spacing or headlines
What we don’t include are major scope changes or rebuilds that fall outside the sprint.
That includes things like:
- Rewriting all the copy or changing the overall tone
- Designing new assets or additional pages
- Rebuilding the project on a different platform (e.g.,“Can you turn this landing page into a full website instead?”, “Can you move everything over to Shopify instead?”)
- Adding extra emails, graphics, or campaign variations
