Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve answered the most common questions, from how our sprints work to what you need to get started.
If you’re unsure where to begin, this is a good place to start.
You choose a sprint based on your biggest priority: messaging, campaigns, social media growth or lead magnet.
We kick things off with a briefing call, map out the deliverables, and spend 7 focused days building something that gets results.
If none of the listed sprints fit what you need, or you would prefer to start with a conversation, please get in touch, and we can explore options together.
We do. We're senior marketers with decades worth of experience. We don't outsource or hand off to freelancers. You work directly with the people doing the work - us.
If you're stuck, stretched, or just need marketing to move your business in a short space of time, this is for you.
We work best with founders, lean teams, and marketers who want clarity, speed, and senior input without the long agency process.
Yes, but we work over 7 working days, not calendar days. So while it’s not 7 consecutive days, it’s still incredibly fast, focused, and far quicker than most marketing turnarounds.
No problem. We can help you figure that out. Simply get in touch with us. A short conversation is often enough to clarify the right starting point.
It depends on the sprint, but generally, you'll need:
Business Overview
Clear details of your core products and services, including what you do, who it’s for, and how it is priced. We’ll also need insight into how sales are typically won or lost, along with access to current materials such as website copy, sales decks, proposals, and pitch content that show how the business is currently described.
Brand Guidelines
Any brand guidelines, tone of voice notes, visual identity, or examples of how you want to be perceived. If these are light, we will work within what exists.
Fast approvals
Availability to review and approve messaging, creative, and setup quickly. The 7-day timeline depends on momentum, not week-long feedback cycles.
Individual sprints will require more. Please visit the sprint pages to find out more:
Yes, the price advertised is fixed and is non-negotiable.
Before starting, we’ll reiterate the full scope of work with you. After your initial call, we’ll send an agreement outlining this, along with our terms. Any additional work outside of this agreed scope will be charged at £45 per hour. We’ll always discuss and confirm any extra costs with you beforehand.
Yes. There are built-in checkpoints where you can review and give feedback, so you’ll always know where things stand.
If feedback includes anything outside our agreed scope, we’ll always discuss and confirm any extra costs with you beforehand. Additional work will cost £45 per hour and must be paid in advance before the additional work begins.
Sprints are designed to move quickly. However, there are a few things that can slow progress:
1. Delayed access
If we need access to your website, CRM, analytics, ad accounts, or email platform, delays in receiving logins can push timelines back.
2. Unclear scope
Sprints work best when the objective is tightly defined. If the goal shifts midway or expands beyond the agreed scope, delivery may need to be adjusted.
3. Slow feedback or approvals
A sprint relies on timely decisions. If feedback takes several days, momentum slows and timelines extend.
4. Missing information
If key details, assets, or data are incomplete at the start, we may need additional clarification before moving forward.
5. Technical limitations
Occasionally, platform restrictions or legacy systems create unexpected constraints that require workaround solutions.
The sprint clock starts once scope is agreed, payment is confirmed, and all required materials and access are received.
If you’re responsive and decisive, seven days is more than enough.
If not… it turns into “7-ish Day Marketing,” and nobody wants that.
No. The core principles of good marketing apply across all industries.
We’ve worked with start-ups, service businesses, nonprofits, and global brands.
What matters most is your goal and whether we’re a good fit for the kind of progress you’re trying to make.
You’ll get final deliverables and a short handover guide. If you need help implementing or want to build on the work, we offer optional follow-up support.
Yes. Every sprint includes up to 3 rounds of minor edits within 7 working days of delivery.
We recommend carefully reviewing your sprint as soon as it’s delivered so you can share feedback within the edit window.
These minor edits cover small refinements like text tweaks, colour changes, link updates, or layout adjustments. Minor edits are light adjustments that don’t affect the overall structure, copy direction, or platform setup.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Updating button text or colours
- Replacing an image or link
- Adjusting spacing or headlines
What we don’t include are major scope changes or rebuilds that fall outside the sprint.
That includes things like:
- Rewriting all the copy or changing the overall tone
- Designing new assets or additional pages
- Rebuilding the project on a different platform (e.g.,“Can you turn this landing page into a full website instead?”, “Can you move everything over to Shopify instead?”)
- Adding extra emails, graphics, or campaign variations
Because our sprints are short, focused, and fully scoped before we begin, we ask for 70% payment upfront and 30% upon delivery.
If any work falls outside of the agreed scope, it will be charged at £45 per hour and must be paid in advance before the additional work begins.
Generally, no. We’re a small team, and while we work quickly, we want to ensure every sprint is completed to the highest standard. That’s why we only take on a small number of sprints at a time.
In some cases, it may make sense for two sprints to run concurrently if they closely tie together. If that applies to your situation, we’ll discuss it with you and plan the best approach.
You’ll walk away with a complete lead generation package, including a lead magnet, email sequence, and a basic CRM setup or sign-up flow, all designed to help you attract, capture, and nurture leads effectively.

Once the campaign is live, the day to day management sits with you unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing support beyond the sprint can be discussed and priced separately. However, we provide a clear handover so you understand how the campaign is set up and how to manage updates, monitoring, and follow up.
By the end of the sprint, you’ll have a complete 30-day social content pack ready to publish.
